6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES; OR PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, OR DEATH ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. THIS CAP APPLIES EVEN IF YOU PAID NOTHING TO USE THE SERVICES.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our partners, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: your use of the Services; your violation of these Terms; or your violation of any third‑party rights.

The Services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and older. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
